Here's how it works…
1.
Purge the trub from the cone until you have a stream of nice creamy yeast.
2.
Clean and sanitise your tank's connection points and the Clean Repitch system connector hose
3.
Attach one end of the connector to your tank and the other to the Clean Repitch cubitainer and fill the cubitainer with fresh creamy yeast.
4.
Record relevant yeast strain details, such as harvest date and strain type.
5.
Store for up to a maximum of two weeks in a cold room or a fridge between 2°C and 4°C
6.
Shake the Clean Repitch cubitainer and pitch into your next brew!
