Dresden is the perfect yeast for when you’re in a pinch and need a lager ASAP. It will ferment in one week with a few caveats. Ferment at 17-20°C under 1.0 bar pressure until final gravity is reached. Lager the beer at 2°C and 15 PSI for 3-5 days. While sulfur production will be high the first 2 days, it will dissipate by day 5.
