Notice of Update to Credit Policy and Pricing

Dear Partners,

We hope this letter finds you well. We greatly appreciate your continued support and patronage of Bluestone Yeast. It is with a heavy heart that we must inform you of an upcoming change in our pricing structure and credit policy.

Over the past 18 months, we have experienced significant increases in our operational costs, including raw materials, laboratory consumables, rent, insurance, wages, energy, and other essential expenses. Despite our best efforts to absorb these additional costs, we have reached a point where it is no longer sustainable for us to maintain our current pricing.
We have also seen the increasing incidence of insolvency and uncollectable account balances has resulted in significant losses which necessitates changes to our credit policy.   

Therefore, effective immediately, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to in writing, additional credit is unlikely to be offered on any customer account where invoices are overdue.

Statements of account have been sent out showing outstanding and overdue amounts. Should you wish to discuss any items on your account or need further information such as invoice copies, please contact the team at sales@bluestoneyeast.com.au

To avoid delays when placing orders, please review your statement carefully and if not within terms, please make arrangements to rectify as soon as possible.

Also, effective immediately we will be implementing a price adjustment that will bring our prices back to the level they were at the beginning of last year. While we understand that this may come as an inconvenience, please know that this decision was not made lightly.

Our new pricing is as follows.
Our Yeast is shipped at >2 billion cells per ml and costs $250 ex GST per Litre. However, volume discounts apply depending on the total volume purchased.
1L        = $250
2-3L    = $207.50 17%
4-5L    = $197.50 21% discount
6-9L    = $187.50 25% discount
10-19L = $180.00 28% discount
20L      = $175.0 30% discount
