New England
English
New England is an outstanding strain for hazy and juicy IPAs. It produces a lush ester profile of stone fruit, tropical fruit, and soft citrus that amplifies the character of modern hop varieties. The moderate attenuation leaves a slightly sweet, full-bodied finish with a juicy mouthfeel that defines the New England IPA style. A vigorous top-cropping strain, it will climb out of the fermenter if headspace is tight. Ferment at the higher end of its range (20-23C) for maximum ester expression.
