Ready to Ship Distilling fit

Michigan is a bold American ale strain that produces prominent stone fruit and pear esters, making it an excellent choice for hop-forward IPAs where yeast character and hop aroma work together. It delivers more body and flavour complexity than clean American strains while remaining balanced enough for a wide range of pale ales. Ferment at 19-22C and pair with citrus hops for an exceptionally well-rounded IPA. Known to produce some diacetyl, so a warm finish at the end of fermentation is recommended.
