Medium flocculation and reliable attenuation (73-77%) make it a dependable choice for a wide range of English ale styles. It sits in the middle ground between clean American strains and more expressive English yeasts, offering enough character to be interesting without dominating the beer. Ferment at 15-22C with the lower end producing cleaner results.
