Dublin
Irish
Dublin is a classic Irish ale strain sourced from one of the world's first stout breweries. It excels at producing knockout dark, malty ales with wonderful roasty notes and a medium-full body that supports stouts, porters, and brown ales. Fruity esters increase at fermentation temperatures above 18C, adding complexity to the dark malt base. Slight butterscotch character can develop at higher temperatures. Versatile enough for Irish reds and amber ales where malt depth is the priority.
