Originating from a traditional London brewery, London has a wonderful malt and hop profile with a fruity, very light and softly balanced palate. A true top-cropping strain with very high flocculation that drops bright quickly. Low attenuation (63-70%) means it finishes slightly sweet with significant residual body, making it ideal for ESBs, bitters, and hazy IPAs where a full mouthfeel is desired. One of the fastest-clearing strains in the BSY range.
