Vauxhall is perfectly suited to New England IPAs, encouraging malt and hop flavours while staying in suspension to maintain haze. Medium ester production adds versatility across a wide range of styles from pale ales to imperial stouts. High attenuation (75-82%) and good alcohol tolerance (12%) make it capable of handling bigger beers. Low-medium flocculation means it needs time or filtration for bright beers, but this is an advantage for hazy styles.
