Oslo
Norwegian Kveik
Oslo is a remarkably clean-fermenting kveik strain that produces super clean beers in just a few days at elevated temperatures (22-37C). Very high flocculation means it drops fast and clear, and high attenuation (75-85%) creates dry, crisp beers. Stone fruit and tropical esters develop at higher temperatures but remain subtle compared to other kveik strains. Keeping fermentation hot is the key to fast turnaround without off-flavours. An excellent option for clean, fast lager alternatives and any style where speed and clarity matter.
