Bohemia
Czech Lager
Bohemia is a Czech pilsner strain from southern Bohemia that produces dry, crisp lagers with very slight diacetyl and a clean finish that brings hop bitterness to the forefront. Higher attenuation than some Czech strains means a crisper, drier beer that emphasises drinkability. Well suited to Czech-style pilsners, pale lagers, and any lager style where a dry, hop-forward profile is desired. Medium flocculation settles well with standard cold conditioning.
