Prazska

Czech Lager

Made to Order Allow 1-2 weeks

Prazska is a Budvar-origin Czech lager strain producing clean, soft beers with a rounded malt character and honeyed notes. Moderate attenuation (71-75%) preserves medium-full body, and medium-high flocculation helps achieve clarity. The narrow temperature range (9-13C) requires precise temperature control. Suited to classic Czech lager styles where soft malt character and drinkability are the priority.
