Dresden

German Lager (Pressure)

Made to Order Allow 1-2 weeks

Dresden is the perfect yeast for when you need a lager fast. Designed for pressure fermentation, it will finish in one week when fermented at 17-20C under 1.0 bar pressure until final gravity is reached, then lagered at 2C and 15 PSI for 3-5 days. High sulfur production in the first 2 days dissipates by day 5, leaving a clean, crisp lager. An excellent choice for breweries with pressure-capable fermenters wanting rapid lager turnaround.
