Tijuana
Mexican Lager
Tijuana (formerly Mexican) is a super-clean lager strain that produces crisp beers with high drinkability, very reminiscent of the beers brewed in Mexico. It keeps drinkability at the forefront while allowing malt and hop character to remain as balanced background notes. An excellent choice for Mexican-style lagers, light adjunct lagers, and any style where clean, refreshing character is the goal. Neutral enough for a wide range of lager applications beyond Mexican styles.
