Heidelberg

German Lager

Made to Order Allow 1-2 weeks

Heidelberg is a Southern Bavarian lager strain that strikes a delicate balance between malt and hop flavours with tremendous versatility across lager styles. From doppelbocks to American-style lagers, it delivers clean fermentation with good malt support and moderate body. Higher alcohol tolerance (12%) than most lager strains makes it well suited to bock and doppelbock production. A reliable choice for any traditional German lager where malt character matters.
