What it is

Connects via 1.5" tri-clover and modified DIN fitting to harvest the middle fraction of your yeast slurry into a sterile cubitainer. Starter kits include 10 cubitainers + 1 connector.

Harvest protocol

Six steps, clean yeast every time.

  1. Dump trub approximately 24 hours after fill
  2. Ferment to FG, confirm VDK pass
  3. Crash cool
  4. Purge first portion to drain
  5. Collect middle fraction into cubitainer
  6. Store 0 to 4 degrees C. Use within 5 days (ideal) to 2 weeks (max).
