Restore the zinc your boil destroys.
Sterile liquid zinc for cold-side addition. From less than 1 cent per litre of beer produced.
Zinc is a cofactor for over 300 yeast enzymes including alcohol dehydrogenase. Below 0.1 ppm, fermentations stall. Target: 0.15 to 0.30 ppm.
Hot-side additions do not survive the boil. Zinc Booster delivers bioavailable zinc cold-side, in-line during fermenter fill, where it actually reaches the yeast.
Dose rate is built into each bottle size. No measuring required.
Pair with Vitamin Booster (below 1.070 OG) or High Gravity Booster (above 1.070 OG) for complete cold-side nutrient support.
Every boil destroys nutrients. Every repitch compounds the deficit. Yeast scavenge zinc within the first hours of active growth, and wort zinc below 0.1 ppm is associated with sluggish fermentations and declining performance across generations.
Cold-side zinc at pitching restores what the boil takes out. Dose on every batch, including repitches, for consistent fermentation performance across generations.
See our Repitching Technical Guide for generation management protocols, and pair with the Clean Repitch System for reliable harvest and storage.
