An Abbey style yeast well suited to a wide range of Belgian ales, particularly tripels and dubbels owing to a high alcohol tolerance. A great attenuator that can produce fruity plum and cherry flavours, or a more earthy beer if desired at a lower fermentation temp. (18-19 degrees celsius).
